The Dairy Factory in Munger was developed to cater to the FMCG market in North India. Spanning over 17 acres (2.30 Lakh sq. ft) of land, the factory specializes in Milk and Milk Products viz. Milk, Ghee, Butter Oil, Milk Powder. The project was completed in 30 months period with commencement of commercial production in March 2015. Dairy Facility Munger adheres to FSSAI regulations. The facility comprises process blocks constructed using RCC framed structure, along with designated storage areas. There are utilities and ancillary structures such as electrical substation, fuel storage tanks, Husk storage yard, DGs, transformers, ETP, STP, WTP, Boiler, Refrigeration, Admin offices, Canteen. The plant operates on zero liquid discharge concept, incorporating ETP and STP to minimize Opex while maintaining environmental sustainability.
